Why is Your Pill Box different?
Founded by a pharmacist with over 20 years of experience and the belief that pill boxes should feel just as personal as the people carrying them.
Years of working closely with people managing medications made it clear how little thought had been given to the experience of carrying your health with you every day.

Over time, everyday essentials have evolved to become more personal, more design-led, and more reflective of individual style.
Pill boxes however, have remained largely unchanged. Bulky, clinical, impersonal. Designed purely for function, with little consideration for the people actually using them.
After two decades in pharmacy, it became obvious there was space for something different. I wanted to create pill boxes designed not only to function well, but to feel considered, discreet and genuinely personal. Something people would be comfortable and proud to carry openly as part of everyday life.
That idea became Your Pill Box.
Traditional pill boxes serve a purpose, but not always the person using them.
Bulky, rigid, and designed around a fixed routine, they haven’t evolved with the way we actually live. I wanted something more versatile. Something that can move with you.
Because life isn’t lived in weekly compartments.
Sometimes you only need a few essentials for the day.
A handbag. A pocket. A weekend away.
A sports day. A flight. Everyday life.
Your Pill Box was created with that flexibility in mind. For those everyday moments, when convenience and versatility matters more than a fixed system.
Each pill box features four adaptable compartments, allowing you to carry only what you need with ease and organisation throughout the day. Whether for work, overnight stays, weekends away, travel, or everyday errands, the compact design makes it simple to keep medications, vitamins, or supplements close at hand without added bulk. Lightweight, compact, and intentionally versatile, it is designed to integrate seamlessly into modern life while feeling less clinical than a traditional pill organiser.

Can I travel with medications in my Your Pill Box?
Your Pill Box is designed for convenient everyday organisation and travel, however medication travel requirements vary between airlines and countries. Some destinations may require medications to remain in original pharmacy-labelled packaging or be accompanied by prescription documentation. Travellers are responsible for checking and complying with local laws and travel requirements before flying with medications.

How many compartments does it have?
Each pill box contains four compartments designed to help organise your daily essentials according to your routine, neatly and securely. The central divider can be removed to create a single large compartment.
Is It Suitable For Travel?
Yes. Your Pill Box was designed to be compact, lightweight, and easy to carry in handbags, backpacks, gym bags, luggage, or everyday carry items.
Will My Medication Stay Organised ?
Yes. The compartments are designed to close securely and help keep contents separated during normal day-to-day use and travel.
When will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, with care taken to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. During new releases, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Your Pill Box currently ships within New Zealand and to selected international destinations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped where available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Your Pill Box is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before dispatch.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Australia
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
International
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes set by your local country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue. While we will always do our best to help, Your Pill Box is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I Return my product?

If you have received a faulty or wrong product, please email support@yourpillbox.com so we can resolve this issue immediately.
RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
- Please email orders@yourpillbox.com, to request a return. You will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a packing slip to put with your returned order. You will be responsible for returning the order to the address on the packing slip using your courier of choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Please note we are not responsible for lost/untrackable returns.
- Merchandise must be unused and in perfect new condition to qualify for a return.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging, including all documentation.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Original shipping charges and Package Protection are non-refundable.
- Only one return or exchange transaction is permitted per order.
- Once your return is received, your refund is issued and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@yourpillbox.com.
EXCHANGE POLICY

Is Your Pill Box waterproof?
Everyday life isn’t always perfectly dry — handbags, travel, gym bags, and unexpected spills happen.
Designed to handle everyday splashes, moisture, and life on the go, Your Pill Box offers added protection while remaining lightweight and practical.
While the silicone seal offers moisture resistance for daily use, it is not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in water.
