Why is Your Pill Box different?
Can I travel with medications in my Your Pill Box?
Your Pill Box is designed for convenient everyday organisation and travel, however medication travel requirements vary between airlines and countries. Some destinations may require medications to remain in original pharmacy-labelled packaging or be accompanied by prescription documentation. Travellers are responsible for checking and complying with local laws and travel requirements before flying with medications.

How many compartments does it have?
Each pill box contains four compartments designed to help organise your daily essentials according to your routine, neatly and securely. The central divider can be removed to create a single large compartment.

Yes. Your Pill Box was designed to be compact, lightweight, and easy to carry in handbags, backpacks, gym bags, luggage, or everyday carry items.
Will My Medication Stay Organised ?
Yes. The compartments are designed to close securely and help keep contents separated during normal day-to-day use and travel.

If you have received a faulty or wrong product, please email support@yourpillbox.com so we can resolve this issue immediately.
RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
- Please email orders@yourpillbox.com, to request a return. You will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a packing slip to put with your returned order. You will be responsible for returning the order to the address on the packing slip using your courier of choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Please note we are not responsible for lost/untrackable returns.
- Merchandise must be unused and in perfect new condition to qualify for a return.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging, including all documentation.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Original shipping charges and Package Protection are non-refundable.
- Only one return or exchange transaction is permitted per order.
- Once your return is received, your refund is issued and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@yourpillbox.com.
EXCHANGE POLICY

Is Your Pill Box waterproof?
Everyday life isn’t always perfectly dry — handbags, travel, gym bags, and unexpected spills happen.
Designed to handle everyday splashes, moisture, and life on the go, Your Pill Box offers added protection while remaining lightweight and practical.
While the silicone seal offers moisture resistance for daily use, it is not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in water.
