Returns and Exchanges

We really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

If you have received a faulty or wrong product, please email support@yourpillbox.com so we can resolve this issue immediately.

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
  • Please email orders@yourpillbox.com, to request a return. You will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a packing slip to put with your returned order. You will be responsible for returning the order to the address on the packing slip using your courier of choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Please note we are not responsible for lost/untrackable returns. 
  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect new condition to qualify for a return.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging, including all documentation.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Original shipping charges and Package Protection are non-refundable.
  • Only one return or exchange transaction is permitted per order.
  • Once your return is received, your refund is issued and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@yourpillbox.com.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Merchandise must be exchanged within 30 days of the order ship date.
  • Please email orders@yourpillbox.com, to request an exchange. You will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a packing slip to put with your returned order. You will be responsible for returning the order to the address on the packing slip using your courier of choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Please note we are not responsible for lost/untrackable returns. 
  • Once your return is received, your exchange will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email. A shipping fee for the exchanged item will apply.
  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect new condition to qualify for an exchange.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging, including all documentation.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged. 
  • Original shipping charges and Package Protection are non-refundable.
  • Only one return or exchange transaction is permitted per order.
