When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery times vary according to location. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery and a link for tracking so you can see where your order is at every stage.

Shipping & Delivery

Carefully packed. Thoughtfully delivered.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, with care taken to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. During new releases, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Your Pill Box currently ships within New Zealand and to selected international destinations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped where available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Your Pill Box is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times

New Zealand

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Australia

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note these are estimated delivery times only and may vary due to postal delays, customs, or courier disruptions outside of our control.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes set by your local country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Other

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue. While we will always do our best to help, Your Pill Box is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I Return my product?

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.

If you have received a faulty or wrong product, please email support@yourpillbox.com so we can resolve this issue immediately.

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
  • Please email orders@yourpillbox.com, to request a return. You will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a packing slip to put with your returned order. You will be responsible for returning the order to the address on the packing slip using your courier of choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Please note we are not responsible for lost/untrackable returns. 
  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect new condition to qualify for a return.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging, including all documentation.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Original shipping charges and Package Protection are non-refundable.
  • Only one return or exchange transaction is permitted per order.
  • Once your return is received, your refund is issued and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@yourpillbox.com.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Merchandise must be exchanged within 30 days of the order ship date.
  • Please email orders@yourpillbox.com, to request an exchange. You will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a packing slip to put with your returned order.
