          How do you care for Your Pill Box?

          Your Pill Box is designed for everyday use and made to be carried with you throughout daily life. To help maintain its appearance and longevity, we recommend handling it with care.

          • Wash with warm water and detergent, rinse well, dry with soft cloth. The silicone seal is removable for cleaning.
          • It is extremelly important to allow the interior to dry fully before storing medication.
          • Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight
          • Do not place in the dishwasher or submerge in water.
          • Do not microwave.
          • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
          • Repeated impact, excessive exposure to water or rough handling may affect the finish over time.
          When will my order be delivered?

          We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery varies according to country. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page. You will receive an email after ordering with more information about the delivery.

          Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. During new releases, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

          Your Pill Box currently ships within New Zealand and to selected international destinations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

          Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped where available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

          If you have received a faulty or wrong product, please email support@yourpillbox.com so we can resolve this issue immediately.

          RETURN POLICY

          • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
          • Please email orders@yourpillbox.com, to request a return. You will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a packing slip to put with your returned order. You will be responsible for returning the order to the address on the packing slip using your courier of choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Please note we are not responsible for lost/untrackable returns. 
          • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect new condition to qualify for a return.
          • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging, including all documentation.
          • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
          • Original shipping charges and Package Protection are non-refundable.
          • Only one return or exchange transaction is permitted per order.
          • Once your return is received, your refund is issued and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account.
